"'Slaughter Solution' could face legal challenge"

Politico on Deem and Pass. Does anyone really believe that if Dems used this procedural maneuver, that it would help any vulnerable Democratic incumbents criticized in their vote for HCR? I guess so, or otherwise they wouldn't be monkeying around like this.
