Tomorrow, the terrific Rick Pildes gives a workshop I am hosting at Loyola.

On Friday, the Lowenstein festschrift hits UCLA.

On Monday, I am arguing for the City of San Diego against a preliminary injunction being sought in relation to five of its campaign contribution laws.

Plus, I've got some personal things to attend to.
I hope to blog from time to time before next Wednesday, but don't count on the very frequent updates that I've been doing since CU emerged.
