More on Pelosi FEC Complaint: Even in Unanimity FEC Commissioners Split on Party Lines

Following up on this post, just posted is this additional statement of reasons of the three Republican commissioners, who use it to announce their intention to seek a new exemption for bona fide public service announcements in the new coordinated communications rules.
