Breaking News: Judge Issues Order Barring Signs in Polling Places in Foley's District

The Miami Herald offers this report. UPDATE: Here is the complaint and motion for a preliminary injunction. The SOS response is too large to post.
UPDATE 2: Breaking news: The state court judge has granted the injunction barring the use of the signs in the polling place. The court found that the election supervisors had no improper motive in posting the sign. The court held, however, that the legislature did not authorize the posting of these signs.

I expect an appeal of this order. I think the judge has made the wrong call, for reasons I've written about here.
