Sixth and Seventh Circuits Decide Election Law Cases

Via Howard Bashman comes news that the Seventh Circuit has affirmed a district court decision keeping a same sex marriage referendum off the ballot. The Sixth Circuit meanwhile has struck down Ohio's system for registering new political parties.
