The Daytona Beach News-Journal offers this report, which begins: "A watchdog group filed a complaint with the Federal Elections Commission against Republican Senate candidate Mel Martinez on Monday, saying the former U.S. Housing secretary benefited from a luncheon held by a Cuban exile group before he announced his candidacy."
